JACK conducted a six days training Across five districts in Parwan province, with financial support from UNICEF.
This training was divided into two periods: the first period took place in Seyah Gard and Koh Safi districts, while the second period was held in Shenwari, Salang, and Bagram districts.
Participants included 300 teachers from CBS and accelerate education classes, along with 25 assistant teachers, and notably, 142 of these teachers were women.

At the conclusion of the training, trainers from the JACK Institute commended the improvements in teaching quality and reaffirmed their commitment to ongoing support and collaboration with the teachers.

It is worth noting that the training’s effectiveness was evidenced by the results of pre-tests and post-tests, which showed significant improvement. The process received appreciation from the Parwan province education department and local officials.

The JACK Institute recognizes its responsibility to provide balanced and quality education to the children of the country. Achieving this goal necessitates the presence of experienced and qualified teachers, and the organization is dedicated to continuously offering professional training programs for its educators.
