    The General Director is ultimately responsible for the overall management of the organization and all aspects of the organization’s operations. This primarily involves the supervision and coordination of a volunteer service program which provides JACK services to abused and neglected children, resource development and maintenance,organization and program planning, community and public relations, personnel management, organization liaison to the Board of Directors, and fiscal management. Develop, implement, and maintain tracking systems and/or for both volunteer and caseload files, develop and initiate time-oriented strategic plans to establish organization goals (e.g., 1-year, 5- year, 10-year plans).Review program/organization progress and compare to goals and objective, assure organization compliance with National and International standards. Attend all Board meetings, oversee implementation of all Board directives, policies, and procedures, and serve as liaison between Board and organization staff, monitor Board/Committee activities and attend committee meetings, manage day-to-day fiscal operations, submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to grantors (as required), review and approve all monthly and quarterly reports and documentation to substantiate those reports, submit bills and expenditures to the treasurer for reimbursement and accounting, assist in developing organization annual budget.
